Youth employment initiative offers advice and travel opportunities

Young job seekers have the chance to work around the world and improve their employability as part of a new employment initiative.

HR company, Adecco, has launched the ‘Way to Work’ program, aiming to curb youth unemployment by offering free career advice.

The company also unveiled their ‘Around the World in 80 Jobs’ competition, which gives one youth the chance to work in ten different countries.

Director of Marketing and Communications, Rick Khinda, says the competition is about youths gaining experience.

“It will be an amazing experience, both culturally and from a working experience perspective, something they can put on their CV. And they will have a chance to build up their experience and work experiences at the same time”
