The Corner Hotel played host to the major project of MAVIS (music industry and audio visual students) on Monday night.
The line up was diverse; from the likes of Barbarian to Wintercoats as well as four other bands, performing across two stages all run by the students.
Money raised from the night goes to Music Victoria, however, Sound Production student Greg Steele said the turn-out was somewhat disappointing.
Despite getting only 60 people through the door, teachers and students were impressed by the technical side of the night. Sound Production Program Manager John Phillips said even though it was a commercial challenge it was a success.
