Dear Gladys is a vintage store for women, and not just the deep-pocketed shopaholics, but for all women. Since its opening in 2009, the boutique has operated as a social enterprise for nationwide non-for-profit, Fitted for Work.
Profits from Dear Gladys help Fitted for Work run its private boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and Morwell, where unemployed women can go to get the right outfit and support to feel confident to rejoin the workforce.
