Bringing meaning to the concept of “underground art”, a new chapter of graffiti culture is being forged beneath the streets in Hawthorn.
Graffiti artist “Truant” takes City Journal on a trail through the area’s underground arts spaces, unofficial forums for cultural exchange, which help local artists to engage within the local, artistic community, Truant says.
