Entrepreneurship and education at Bantar Gebang, Indonesia’s largest landfill

Bantar Gebang is Indonesia’s largest landfill. It’s home to the waste of the 10 million people who live in Jakarta, Indonesia’s capital city.

But, what’s one cities waste is another women’s treasure. According to Resa Boenard, a founder of a local organisation working to help women and children in the area, Bantar Gebang is ”the best dump ever.”

Meet the local entrepreneur changing the lives of children in her community.
