Since the historic Nicholas Building was listed for sale in June, there’s been huge a groundswell of support calling for the new owners to be patrons of the arts and embrace the site as it is.
Over 40 years, the building has grown organically to cultural icon status with artists, creatives, and small businesses operating out of its 112 studios, galleries, and commercial spaces.
