Mount Smart Stadium in Auckland has hosted a monstrous mobile classroom.
The truck’s purpose is to visit year five-to-nine schools around New Zealand in rural areas.
The opportunity to visit the classroom was open to all fans throughout the Warriors’ NYC and NRL games against the Cronulla Sharks.
The 600hp Mack Super-Liner and customised trailer exterior is a piece of art that uses Warriors rugby league team branding including its team colours and logo plastered all over.
When fully opened up, the combined truck and trailer extends to 23 metres long.

Inside, the truck encompasses Tu Kaha’s values programme and the club’s education curriculum advocated by Warriors players and management.
Taonga by TM (’T’ for Tui-kaye Cole, and ‘M’ for Maria Haipene) are also part of the mobile classroom offering Maori resources towards the initiative.
Cole from(Ngati Whatua) and Hahipene from (Ngati Awa) say they identified an opportunity to reinvigorate the use of Te Reo Māori (Māori language) by bridging the gap between the home and school.
Taonga is a Maori word which stands for treasure, a prized possession or anything to be of value.
Finding the importance of embedding Maori into their own families was a focus.
“Taonga by TM provides high quality Māori resources, creative design and personalised prints. Knowing that Māori language can vary from tribe to tribe, iwi to iwi, Taonga by TM can personalise items specific to your needs and wants.”
