Melbourne CBD’s Little streets could be closed to cars at certain times under the council’s new 10-year transport plan.

A state parliamentary enquiry, led by Nationals MP Melina Bath, will investigate animal activists who trespass and steal livestock from Victorian farms.

Political parties are covertly monitoring potential voters through emails, attaching a small image that tells parties where and when it was opened.
